I don't see a burst of sales during week 1, it's not like people were waiting on a Kinect-free model to buy an XB1 (Those people bought PS4's already). However when Halo 2 and Forza Horizon 2 release we will see bigger boosts now that there is a Kinect-free system.

You believe a $399 XB1 that was building pre-orders for about 4 weeks is going to sell less than 10k more units than XB1's lowest week? Think about that. 

What pre-orders? Is there a new game that's releasing at the same time of this bundle? Is ANYTHING releasing around the time of this console? So who's going to buy this during week 1?

It will boost sales, but we won't see a dramatic boost now. PS4 is going to continue to dominate XB1 until at least Destiny releases. Heck even WiiU should outsell XB1 for the next while.

Do you know how pre-orders work? People buy before hand so they can have it sent to their house or just pick it up when it comes out. My issue has nothing to do with PS4 or Wii U. Its you saying it will sell 45k on the week a new SKU comes out. Its ignorant. 

its not really ignorant its more opnion he thinks it wont give a big boost i could see that there isnt anything to entice people to get an xbox one now untill the holidays when master chief collection comes out
