EA aren't going to "come back".

Rockstar/Bethesda were never there in the first place.

Which third parties do they wish to attract back now? The ones who are already porting stuff that would run on the system and sells well to the userbase there (Ubisoft - Just Dance; Activision - Skylanders) and are also porting stuff that doesn't seem to make any financial sense (Assassin's Creed/Call of Duty respectively).

Or maybe we're talking Japanese third parties. Like Konami, who aren't doing much of anything these days. Or Namco, who are supporting WiiU?

I don't understand what he means by this comment at all.

But I'm going to summarize/end my post by saying: The Wii's sales weren't enough to entice third parties on board. What makes them think given the WiiU's currently abysmal sales that a small-medium uptick is suddenly going to change their mind?

Silly.
