What does Nintendo need to do to win next gen?

Create a next-next gen console, that is comparable in specs/price/and functionality to the ps5 and xbox(two?). They need to get full 3rd party support, get most of their games on the virtual console, and start producing new IP's that attract the core gamer, as well as continue to dish out their old ip's that sell well (mario kart, ssbm, zelda, mario etc.)
