If your referring to the Xbox comment it makes sense.

X1 is easier for them to develop for as they come from PC first develooment. Its not going to be easy however to hit 1080p due to the X1 having overall less powerful hardware. It would be harder to hit 1080p with the same hardware if it wasnt based of DX technology
