To me, he sounds like a Toon monster from Yu-Gi-Oh. You know, the ones that you can only play when Toon World is on the field? Toon Summoned Skull, Toon Blue Eyes White Dragon, Toon Mermaid, Manga Ryu-Ryan, and Toon Link.
