They don't need to be clamouring for the game. Like I said, it doesn't need to be fans of the series - hence why the original game is being included. You get maybe 500k buying the game (and potentially the system) because of how much they liked Bayonetta, and then you get 1 million people curious about the game and picking it up based on news/reviews/word of mouth. I'm not saying this is what will happen, but that it's logic by which Nintendo might choose to publish it that doesn't depend on it selling exclusively to fans of the first game.
