Well a slight downgrade of your Traffic Jam - make it that you just throw a blob of jam or Oil on the road and acts like a normal oil road hazard that some stages have. it would basically be a powered up version of a banana
But I would like to see a smoke bomb. Throw a bomb and it explodes making a big cloud of smoke (roughly size of bo-bomb). This last for so many seconds and obviously then the other karts behind you can't see when entering it. It coudl be thrown before a tricky part of the course, or before a bunch of bananas on the road, ect.
