I'd have made it a full hour long, cut down the Yoshi talk by about half a minute or so, thrown in 3rd party retail and indie montages, included the Mario Party 10 trailer, and maybe even just showed off a new Star Fox logo.
I might also have considered changing up the order a bit (putting more 2014 games before 2015 games) and have skipped the Pokemon trailer, instead holding a 3DS-specific event like in 2012.
That said, it was still one of the better shows at this year's E3.
