I'd say the "lumps" could just be way the shirt is resting, it's not convincing enough either way for me. Zelda isn't exactly bursting at the seams, particularly as Sheik.

The shirt iteslf looks more feminine though, narrow at the waist. But again, it's not concrete enough.

EDIT: and to add to the confusion, Zelda and Link both commonly use the bow.

@Bold: Exactly, there really isn't anything definitive here.  People are acting as if those tiny lumps in that certain angle are boobs, and when I show that a screenshot doesn't show it the same somewhere else I get called ignorant.  

And MY point is that there's no confirmation on EITHER direction, but the most likely verdict is that the character is male.  I am not ruling out female, but these observations people are making are ridiculous.
