I personally look for both BUT about 70% of that would be seeing brand new games. Do you wanywant to know why i only seen these games? Because they were BRAND NEW games built for these BRAND NEW systems. I can play watchdogs or destiny on ps3 so i didn't see them as being much of a reason to get a new system. I look for both. I'm not picky, just want to see things that'll be fun. New games announcements can be exciting, but I don't want there to be a sole focus on what's coming out in a year or two, but what's coming soon.
You're unreasonable if you expect the same number of new games shown at E3 as a lauch year of a new console. They're new because there literally hasn't been a chance to properly show it earlier.
