X just got a massive downgrade graphically speaking

I'm sure you could cherry pick screen grabs from the earlier footage that looks just as bad as the shots you posted. It doesn't look like a downgrade to me. It's similar with a few minor differences.

To be honest I didn't think it was that technically impressive in the previous trailers.
