only manslaughter? He's 18 for crap sake!! he knows right from wrong. He'll probably get out in like 10 years cause its only manslaughter.
This should be upgraded to 2nd degree murder. 20 years minimum in jail. It can't be manslaughter if he brought the concealed gun and pulled the trigger.
