only manslaughter? He's 18 for crap sake!! he knows right from wrong. He'll probably get out in like 10 years cause its only manslaughter.
This should be upgraded to 2nd degree murder. 20 years minimum in jail. It can't be manslaughter if he brought the concealed gun and pulled the trigger.

i know what you mean. they're gonna use this as another anti-video game thing.
TV and movies should be blamed more for killings than video games. but this is horrible no matter how you look at it.
