Took me a while to find this, let me explain why its not the same.
"You can play their exclusives on other devices. " PS gets paid for all of these, but I really only need to say Not PS4 Games
"Why buy a ps system when you know they will be bringing the titles to ps now?" The only games of previous generations will be on PS NOW, the subscription service is a playstation service you are paying Sony to use, its essentially a virtual console.
"I can easily name a ton of xbox exclusives that never made it to pc." a statement that could easily be made for any of the Big 3, however the XB1 is not backwards compatible so all of those exclusives are pretty much moot.

Microsoft makes OSes, but allowing a game on PC wouldn't be a reasonable decision for MS to make, I doubt they are. I doubt they will allow more XB exclusives on PC, but it really depends on how much they want to pay.
