Given that neither Sony or Microsoft have used YouTube for their video sharing/upload solutions it wouldn't surprise me if Nintendo have some sort of deal in place leaving the much less popular Twitch for them.
I also wonder whether the PS4 and One would have video sharing/uploads at all if Nintendo's plans to have it hadn't leaked years ago (2010..? Can't remember) when we first heard that their new controller had a bloomin great big screen on it.
It's a shame that Nintendo have implemented their solution last despite them coming up with the original idea, most people probably don't remember that happening years ago.
