The Wii U more than doubled last Weeks sales with the Debut of Mario Kart 8 in Japan- Can we still hope for a 100,000 week total?

I can see doing over 100k, maybe a little more. It would be interesting if it can increase the weekly sales by maybe 20k or 30k. It recently needs it.
