Cant see why it wouldnt.  Im paying for gold, and since the same gold account works on both systems, it should let me.  I mean, im paying for it...

also I have a brother that doesnt have a ps4 yet, but goes online to redeem the ps+ stuff for the ps4 so that he will have it when he gets the system. I cant imagine microsoft being any different as these are perks of the subscription...

Going to give it a shot as soon as the games are available. Last I checked the XO games don't list as free yet.
