| Twilord said: Uhhh, couldn't you have just plugged in the console in any free room and then played purely on the Gamepad screen? I did that in college during our ridiculous breaks on Wednesday. Maybe I'm forgetting something complicated about setting it up the first time.
I'd suggest you reconsider paying extra for a Pro-Controller. I just play with the Gamepad plugged in... and wait to see what games the Gamecube-Controllers will be backwards compatible with - then again I personally believe the Gamecube controller bests any other conventional controller. |
You need a TV to initialize the Wii U before you can use it for the first time. Believe me I tried without.
I can't play with the gamepad for too long because it obviously wasn't built for my hands. The Pro Controller has to do the trick. As soon as that adapter for GC controller hits I will throw it away.
