Sucks for Lik-Sang...although flash cards and linkers definitely didn't help Nintendo's business...it's understandable for them to sue. EDIT: They're definitely two different cases. Sony wasn't really losing money on PSP imports. Nintendo was just making a move against piracy. I mean, seriously, there aren't too many homebrew GBA games...flash cards were for commercial ROMS and you know it.

Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release. (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )
