I agree. It sometimes does take a long time to load between scenes. It takes about 7-10 seconds to load. I have a slim PSP.

 I played my Japanese version on my old FAT PSP, and now I'm playing my English version on my PSP slim

 

Frankly, I am not seeing any difference, at least not noticable enough for me to realize after 22 hours of gameplay (about 100 hours in total).

7-10 seconds is nothing, after you have to sit through 30 seconds + in MLB 08 The Show
