If 2 people don't show up, make it 2 tourneys of 11 people.
Why not taking Top 6 of each tourney, and then having a final Top 12 tourney instead of Top 10? (of course, that would be if all 24 people show up).
And maybe making another tourney for the 6 through 12 racers from both tourneys, and find out who's the best of those? (Just so everyone has the same amount of fun, and to see whose the best loser 
)
That's all I think... I want some huge tourneys to happen.
