ha ha ha, could be possible we all know how EA is or it could be an exclusive from JP developer/publisher to coincide with JP X1 launch

It would be utter betrayal to make it exclusive to any console imo because Mirror's Edge is a niche game with a relatively small but extremely dedicated fanbase compared to other AAAs.

Sure its possible, but it would do a lot more harm then good to everyone except the Console Manufacturer.
