It's VGC; we look at and compare current and past sales regulartly.  This kind of "I don't see the point" posts are useless.

I assume there is 80 other threads that do the exact same thing. What makes this one so different from others? 

There's 100 posts talking about how sh*t Wii U is selling, but not that many with nicely assembled graphs like this and no opinions.  We could say the same about almost any topic... like there's also more threads talking about Mario Kart 8 than ZyroX has subscibers (j/k).
