That's what happens when you cut out a small part of an article and create a new topic around it while completely ignoring the rest of what was said. Context is lost and readers will be made to believe that that small part sums up the entire article. It's also worth mentioning that about 99% of forum-goers are of the belief that thread-creators are saints unable of spinning, taking things out of context or downright lying, and therefore checking the source(s) is considered a complete waste of effort.
