I'd buy an Xbox One for it, but considering it would probably only be a single-player open world game, it would most likely be a multiplat unless Microsoft explicitly paid for its development, something they have yet to do and I doubt they will tbh. PS2 wasn't strong enough for Shenmue 2, hell it wasn't even strong enough for SA2, so thats why I think it was Xbox Exclusive, that or Sega was really salty.
Considering how SA2 is now on PC/360/PS3, I wouldn't be surprised if Shenmue 3 was on PC as well.
Then again, imo Shenmue 3 would be a better experience on Consoles, seeing how most of the advantages of PC wouldn't matter much. This is ofc assuming that Sega doesn't act like SE did with TR.
