I think the reason that Zelda U, which we are 80% sure of seeing, is a guaranteed win for Nintendo is that we've not yet seen an HD Zelda.
Remember the difference between Halo 2 and 3; that is what is probably going to driving Nintendo hype coming out of E3. Or the first time Gears of War was shown off.
Then add to that hype, the NFC line, title and date for X, dates for Smash Bros and Bayonetta 2, more info on Sonic Boom; all things which we can confidently say we will get at E3.
And then there's the strong maybes: Yoshi Yarn, SMTxFE, STEAM etc.
And finally the unknowns.
Nintendo has a lot to show at E3. And in all likelihood a lot we don't know about.
I can't see Sunset Overdrive, Halo 5 and excuses for poor sales trumping any of that. Or any of Sony's offerings interspersed with crowing about how you don't need games to sell consoles (except in Japan :p)
