No, Nintendo loves control more than any of the big 3. But considering Sony wanted to get in on the console buisness rather than simply be a manufacturer. Then this was less risky then what they ended up doing regardless.

And Nintendo did not own "cartridges" both sega and atari had them to.. (but yes Nintendo made 3rd parties pay for use them on thire system)

Atari was never real competition for Nintendo, and Sega was hardly a threat. Nintendo owned the cartridge technology that they used so it was either develop for Nintendo or develop for the competition and see your game flop.

Nintendo knew exactly what Sony wanted to do thats why they had negotiations. Sony, did not know about phillips until they had already announced it at E3. Sony was left with a Nintendo Playstation that couldn't play Nintendo games, had no 3rd party relations, no prior knowledge in the field, not anything.

Nintendo and Sony both wanted control of the there respective parts of the console, to suggest that Nintendo wasn't as greedy as Sony is just revisionist history. The way they canceled the deal was a pretty nasty move considering the money Sony had put into the system.

And 100% sure Sony knew Nintendo would cancel, when it was clear to them that Sony had found a loophole, that would give them theese "rights"

If they knew Nintendo would cancel, they wouldn't have gone to E3 with the Nintendo PlayStation. There was no loophole, the contract was as clear as day. Sony would have rights to the CD games, Nintendo would have rights to the cartridge games. 

I find it funny that whenever people talk negatively concerning Sony, they are painted as the agressor when they are obviously the victim in this case. Irregardless, of whatever happened behind company doors. The fact that Nintendo let Sony go to E3, and then publicly announced that phillips was its manufacturer is a seriously disgusting move.
