How does Mark Cerny's (not John Carmack!) talk about why they didn't use 1000GB/s EDRAM for the PS4 say something about the Wii U?

The Wii U doesn't have the fillrate & texel rate to utilize 1000GB/s.  Lack of MSAA at 720p in MK8 is rather telling the fillrate & bandwidth of Wii U are no better than last gen consoles.
