I mean, from video's I've seen on beta testers, it looks like it runs pretty similar to the UI of like the XBO and PS4. I don't really care if it technically still is a PC if it doesn't feel like one when I'm playing games. I do care if I can't play the games I want to play though, like one of the things I was looking forward to was playing a lot of the really cheap back catalog of AAA games on Steam, like GTA IV or Bioshock, but those aren't linux supported. (I just checked)
Isn't there a program called Wine that lets people play Windows games on non windows devices? Why doesn't Valve just have a program like that running in the background of Steam OS for the Steam Machine so people could still play those Windows games?
