If you question that Linux is not superior to Windows in virtually every way then you are absolutely not "in the know" when it comes to computers......

Why do you think all of the world's super computers, the vast majority of servers, and even the stock exchange work on Linux?.....

That because Linux is half-assed. Why in the fuck would a regular end user want to mess with a POS that is cluttered up with crap ?

@Bold Don't talk shit to someone when you've never written a piece of code in your entire life to tell me this garbage.

I'll admit that it has it's uses but it's extremely limiting for the rest of the world.

Linux is the norm in areas where people know what they are doing. If you can accept that then you are a liar....

I gave programed using CSS/HTML C++, and Visual Studios..... So yeah....

Yes the stock exchange and Super Computers run on "half-assed" software.... Jeez you come across as working for MS

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supercomputer#Operating_systems

Since the end of the 20th century, supercomputer operating systems have undergone major transformations, based on the changes in supercomputer architecture.[58] While early operating systems were custom tailored to each supercomputer to gain speed, the trend has been to move away from in-house operating systems to the adaptation of generic software such as Linux.[59

"The largest exchange, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) Euronext, is run on a Linux system that can generate 1,500,000 quotes and process 250,000 orders every second, offering acknowledgments of each transaction within two milliseconds."

Linux has its place and Windows have its place. But Linux is the superior platform for everything outside of gaming.
