X and Bayonetta 2 are niche titles that get far more forum hype than street hype. My guess is that they both sell around 200k, although I would love to be wrong in a good way.
I think Nintendo will do the smart thing and call Hyrule Warrriors, "The Legend of Zelda: Hyrule Warriors." It would be stupid to have a game starring Link as the main character and selling point, but not using the Zelda brand name to sell it. Because Zelda will be in the title, it will sell at least half a million at or close to full price at launch, and eventually reach more than 1 million sales after big markdowns, a la Other M.
