No. Nintendo consoles don't get a substantial amount of third-party support, period. If they sell well, they get some terrible ports or general shovel-ware with the possibility of some gems. If they sell bad, they get hardly any ports, a very small amount of shovel-ware, and hardly any gems.
It's not a win-win situation. It'll only be a losing situation for Nintendo and third-parties. It doesn't happen, it never will.
