the problem is those threads are based off of trends, history and facts while threads like these are based off of revisionist history and wishes

Doesn't matter because he complained these threads showed up far too much, while the doom threads has the same content and show up at least twice as much. You can't go too far with doom threads, because in the end the conclusion is the same.
