They still get full price on a new release that has cross buy, unless I'm mistaken. It's a discount if you're planning on keeping PS+. What content am I missing? If you couldn't connect is the only time this would become an issue. |
Do you read the T & C of any program you install or service you use on the internet?
Do you read the disclaimers for drugs you see advertized on TV?
Crossbuy is full ownership across multiple platforms, so its cheaper than buying it for one or multiple systems. It's an exploit popularized by Sony themselves. In contrast using a free plus membership to get a 10$ discount is hardly worth any concern.
EVERY prior PS+ discount, gives you FULL ownership. The free games and the discount themselves are there to keep you subscribing not access to the games you paid the discount for. If you don't have ownership, you don't even own the content, so you are missing the entire game. You are just allowed to play the game, and god help you if something ever happened to the PS+ service.
In this day and age, with the Internet, ignorance is a choice! And they're still choosing Ignorance! - Dr. Filthy Frank
