I have the money, and no I wouldn't buy it.
It is overpriced for useless features. The speakers probably suck, and the single cord probably doesn't allow for your PC to be very far away from your power source (which mine is). The touch buttons are cool, but cost more for no extra functionality.
Now the performance of the actual screen might be excellent, but I'd rather get a stripped down version of the same thing.
