Its still weird that rest of the world is the second highest out of it and the 3 main regions. But again like you pointed out, it could definitely be possible (just not likely imo). Europe #s are close to that of Japan? Really? Damn!!!
US is definitely overtracked though, i checked all throughout npd, and eventhough vgc adjusted, its still off (by 130k+)
3DS is off by alot (way more so), probably realistically at 43mil now, not 44mil.
