No not really. This would all depend on the game and how expensive it was to produce on that platform. The PC version will likely do a couple hundred thousand... so the wii-u would be the worst selling.
Couple of things:
1. I dont see the Wii-u version doing 100k first week. I would be surprised with anything over 40-60k ww. I think its going to struggle to get to 100k...
2. Because of it being delayed in fact i think its probably going to do very badly. Would suspect many people who already own a wii-u are not just wii-u owners and would buy this game if they really wanted it on another platform. That just leaves the Nintendo only console owners and they are not a big bunch of people who buy 3rd party games imho.
3. Isnt it coming out at the same time as MK8? It's been shown (certainly with Sony) that any exclusive that comes out on the same day as a 3rd party has an impact on the sales of the 3rd party game. I dont see this any different to a Nintendo Exclusive. I know people complain about a lack of games, but utimately there's a large chunk of people who cannot afford multiple games in the same week.
If it sells more than that, thats great, dont mind being proven wrong... would be nice to see a little positive Nintendo news, but I just dont think this is it. Just too much against it.
