Yes, you can't get a decent amount for old systems. I bought my PS2 used (actually just 2 years before the PS3) from a friend that was going to buy a PS3. I'm on Brazil, so I payed around US$ 120 for a PS2 with 2 controllers and 10 games and he bought his PS3 for US$ 700-800. It didn't helped him in nothing.
