People wanting Nintendo to "compete" most likely don't enjoy Nintendo games. The whole "Winning E3" concept is a pissing contest and really Nintendo not only can't compete, but they shouldn't. The reason is, what they offer doesn't match with the tastes of most man/children who attend E3 as journalists or who watch it online, so they lose by default.

Conclusion: they best not present anything and follow their current strategy. Nintendo needn't "win" E3. They save money, reduce the negative press, and show the content they want to show to their customers, not the content that may be cherry-picked by their non-customers.

lol nonsense. All kinds of games go to E3. Quit making excuses.

Will you buy the games Nintendo will announce at E3? What are the reasons for you to want them there?

Not why they should be there, why do you want them there?

I intend on purchasing Mario Kart 8 and Super Smash bros for the Wii U so I am one of the people they should be advertising to, to ensure that I make these purchases.
