Well, Forza Horizon was 30 fps, too, but devs concentrated a lot brainpower to input response and control so it was still great to play.

Not to mention it featured full day/night cycle

but that was on 9 yr old hardware....

those polls say it all.

Didn't stop Forza 4 ^^;
