So, I've been watching the Direct and accompanying trailers and it feels like I've seen too many tracks.

For people new to Mario Kart, recent games have always had 32 games; 16 new and 16 retro, in 8 cups (plus battle tracks, but balls to them, they're rubbish). But I think I've seen 17 retro tracks in 8. If so, that leads me to believe that there's actually going to be 10 cups, or 40 tracks. Which would be AWESOME.

Below I've put all the tracks that we know and I've put dashes where we know a track will be.

In todays Direct we also saw a Bowser's Castle level: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLv0NH-lJUc which I think is a remake of the Wii version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GEaLsu5n6Oo or at least, parts of it look very similar to the Wii version.

If I'm right, then that means that we have 17 confirmed retro tracks and only 15 confirmed original tracks.

There's also what I'm referring to as the Dam Track in the Direct trailer, visible at 1:17, although it could well be a part of Wario Mountain.

Thoughts? Am I crazy?
