Tbh I'm not too worried. I've watched Uncharted DF developer diaries (iirc) and I think it was Wells or Balestra who said that the transition from PS2 to PS3 was a disaster, and had a lot of problems, worked their asses off making an engine from scratch for the PS3, not one line reused, they lost a lot of people back then. Hell they lost their founders Gavin and Rubin.
And how it turned out? They are by far my favourite studio now, made two amazing franchises that are among my favourite of all time, and I assume that what's happening now is peanuts compared to the exodus that happened back then.
A change of roster does not have to be a bad thing. But of course it's a gamble. Still it's just a couple of people even if important figures. I'm hoping for the best, and cannot wait to play their next game.
So it is happening...PS4 preorder.
