If you want to prove my ACTUAL point wrong, how about a show of civility, understanding, and community from the fellow video game enthusiasts? Instead, I'm getting arguments like 'In 2007, people were mean about PS3!' Big deal. In 2007, Hannah Montana was still on TV. Make like Miley Cyrus and grow up. (Not in as bad of a way as she did, though).

You are the one who asked if I recall correctly.

Was this something you couldn't post on a video game forum without having stuffed down your throat, or was it just something that some people were saying? You can't post about Xbox One without your thread being derailed. Mention a new game, and brace yourself for an outpouring of 'da power of da cloud' idiocy.

PS3 hate vs XO hate is not even comparable.

Search "dissapointment timeline" on Bing and Google.

Any one who was thought to like the PS3 over the 360 was instantly labelled a troll. Conversely, I think XO's negative press is barely 5% of the flac they deserve. I've argued this hundreds of times, that MS doesn't get enough criticism and it shows. Clearly, they have the most money and money = potential. I think a good reason PlayStation is an international brand and Xbox is mainly a US brand, is because Sony originates from Japan, it has to become international to reach the U.S, meanwhile MS sitting on top of Redmond doesn't have to worry about that.

If you're arguing that what happened to PS fans in 2007 is irrelevant, then  you can't be a hypocrit and say it matters now.

Math. If Xbox One outsells the PS4 in weeks one and two by ten thousand, but PS4 outsells Xbox One in weeks three and four by eleven thousand each week, PS4 has one the month even if Xbox One outsold it two of the four weeks.

...

Also its #Math, not just Math
