The reason SMT exists exclusive to Nintendo, is because Persona is a Sony spin-off of the series.
Persona Q is not Persona. Its a throwback game, with entirely different mechanics. P5 has the same chance of being on the 3DS as SMTxFire Emblem has of being on the Vita.
