The answer obviously lies in regional bundles. I'd include a free cheeseburger with every USA SKU, because you know how much us Americans love us some cheeseburgers! For the ultra premium edition rare collector's edition SKU, I'd include a BACON cheeseburger!
For Japan, I'd throw in a bow of sushi. Europe is where it starts getting tricky. A teabag and crumpets for the UK? Wienerschnitzel for Germany? A bagel for France? NOE has been a roll lately, so I'd empower that branch to help me out.
Nintendo is now officially undoomed.
I was going to include a serious response, but there are plenty of good ones already. I particularly like Jumpin's ideas.
