Why does everyone think Nintendo should buy SEGA? I completely and totally disagree.

Now the question is: Why do you disagree?

SEGA is more than console games (for example arcade games) and publish some series that I don't see Nintendo having enough interest in. (Total War series, Football manager, Phantasy Star for example) A company doesn't just buy another company if there is no real reason to.

The idea is that many want Nintendo to have a more diverse game library. That is why Sega would be good for them, because Sega has an IP for pretty much everything.
