This is not a completely outlandish idea, Miyamato has said he think first person is the best camera angle for games. He also tried to make Ocarina of Time first person and it was his idea for Metroid to be first person. BUT, the idea that it would be like CoD or BF is EXTREMELY unlikely at best. A) it wouldn't be like other games and B) it's violence level would not go beyond the Metroid Prime series.
