admitting your failures and learning from your mistakes.
I find it ironic that most quoted haven't done this, despite the fact that the main reason they were wrong was because they expected Sony to not learn from the PS3.
If MS didn't learn about the casual from Wii, they would probably be in a better position. Trying to be the Wii is a recipe for failure.
