There's only 8 cups, 32 tracks. Already been confirmed and we even have picture proof now.

Edit: I meant that in a dif way lol. Wat i mean is you did the same with 30 characters :p

All cups are always visible even if you haven't unlocked them yet. The picture shows that this is the case once again as the first two cups in each set are available, but the last two remained locked.
