Obviously it took a lot to get them there and I think there is certainly work to be done at MS studios but reading some of the posts on GAF and here are boarderline shocking. It is for them though, MS does not settle for anything less. 360 was a step towards market dommianance and X1 pissed it all away.
Its actually quite awefull by any standart, they game away a brand new game in an attempt to beat the PS4. And they failed, that coupled with the unoffical price cuts the heavy marketing. March was a massive failure given all they did, while all sony had to do is ship some more consoles.
MS went all out and failed, its not good. And its gonna get much worse.
